Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for NEURAFOR services. NEURAFOR works on an application basis: we agree the scope with you and invoice you directly. Refunds, where applicable, are issued by us to the original payment method or bank account used for your payment.
1. Pilot money-back guarantee
New pilot clients are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of your pilot starting, the agent we built does not perform its agreed core function and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund of the pilot fee.
2. Setup fees
Outside the pilot guarantee, one-time setup fees cover custom work that begins as soon as the scope is confirmed and the invoice is paid. Once we have started this work, setup fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we have been unable to deliver the agreed setup.
3. Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period once it has started, unless required by applicable consumer-protection law.
4. How to request a refund
Email neurafor.customers@gmail.com with your invoice or order details and the reason for your request. If your refund is approved, we will return the funds to the original payment method or bank account used for your payment.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country.
