This Privacy Policy explains how NEURAFOR (“NEURAFOR”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit neurafor.com or use our services. NEURAFOR is an agentic-automation studio that builds and operates AI agents for businesses. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
NEURAFOR is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Hrekalo (ФОП Грекало Микола Юрійович), registered in Ukraine. For any privacy question or request, contact us at neurafor.customers@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Contact data: when you submit a form or write to us, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message.
Billing data: we work on an application basis. When you become a client, we agree the scope with you and issue invoices directly. For billing we collect the details needed to invoice you, such as your name, company, billing address, and tax details where required. We do not capture or store card numbers on our website.
Usage data: we collect basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, and we use cookies as described below.
3. How we use your data
To respond to your inquiries and provide our services; to set up, operate, and support the AI agents we build for you; to invoice you and manage your subscription; to improve and secure our website; and to comply with legal obligations.
Our legal bases under the GDPR are: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, including: our hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communication tools, and any payment or invoicing providers we use to collect payment. Each processes data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the EU and other regions where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Contact-form messages are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
