Terms of Service

The services are provided by NEURAFOR, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mykola Hrekalo (ФОП Грекало Микола Юрійович), registered in Ukraine (“NEURAFOR”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at neurafor.customers@gmail.com.

NEURAFOR designs, builds, deploys, and maintains AI agents and automation for businesses — including agents for messaging channels, bookings, CRM, and related workflows. Services are typically provided as a one-time setup plus an ongoing monthly subscription, as described on our pricing page.

We work on an application basis: you can configure an indicative package on our pricing page and submit an application. Figures shown in the pricing configurator are estimates. We then confirm the final scope and price in a written proposal before any work begins.

After we agree the scope of work, NEURAFOR issues an invoice directly to you for the one-time setup and, where applicable, the recurring subscription. Payment is made directly to NEURAFOR by the method stated on the invoice (such as bank transfer). We do not collect card payments through this website.

Subscriptions are billed for successive periods as set out in your proposal until cancelled. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. As a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП), NEURAFOR issues invoices in accordance with Ukrainian law; for business customers in other jurisdictions, any local taxes (for example VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription as described in Section 7 and in our Refund Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold any rights and consents needed for the data and accounts you connect to your agents, and to use our services lawfully. You must not use our services to send spam, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law or platform rules.

We retain all rights to our website, brand, methods, and reusable components. You retain ownership of your own content, data, and business materials. Once a setup is fully paid, you receive the agreed right to use the configured agent for your business as described in your proposal.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI agents produce automated outputs that may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important decisions. We do not guarantee specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEURAFOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
